Hi Everyone,An update in regards to our Etobicoke Educational Speaker Series.On Tuesday April 19, Dr. Sean Kidd, Ph.D., C.Psych.,CPRP,Psychologist, and Mamode Burtally, R.N. of the CAMH Schizophrenia Program will be presenting an overview of medical and psycho-social treatments for schizophrenia.On Tuesday May 17, staff, from CRCT, Community Resource Connections of Toronto will provide an overview of Cognitive Behavioural Strategies to cope with hearing voices.These events will be held at Fairfield Seniors Centre, 80 Lothian Ave. from 7:00-8:30p.m, and will assist families in learning the tools that are available for mental health recovery.Please contact Mary at 416-207-5032 ext. 29 for further information and to register.
