Happy Father’s Day!

We spent the weekend at my parent’s house in Illinois. We had a lot of fun! I got a lot of activity in this weekend, which I am very proud of. Hopefully it will help with a couple of poor eating choices that I made. I’m still within my points, so it’s not terrible! I got in two workouts each day. Saturday, I went for a 3.27 mile walk with my Dad. He really keeps a good pace—I struggled to keep up with him and it was a good workout! And of course I did my 30 Day Shred each day.
