請各校依據「兒童少年保護緊急通報事件教育與社政單位處理注意事項」（詳如說明）處理兒童少年保護緊急通報個案
二、有關「兒童少年保護緊急通報事件教育與社政單位處理注意事項」如下：(一)學校應依「兒童及少年保護通報及處理辦法」第2條規定於24小時內進行傳真或網路通報；情況緊急時，得以電話通訊方式通報本市主管機關（社會局：家防中心；教育局：校安通報）。(二)倘案件遇有「兒童少年保護及高風險家庭通報表」（如附件）所規範之緊急情況，建議電話聯繫主管機關社工員評估處理，並依「兒童及少年保護通報及處理辦法」第6條規定，於主管機關處理前，提供兒童適當之保護與照顧。(三)經社政單位評估需至現場訪視之個案，應請提供學校預計到現場訪視之時間，並避免在學校安置到隔夜或於放學後留置於學校過長時間；學校應於此段時間內，提供兒少適當之保護與照顧。三、請學校加強宣導教育人員，應依「兒童及少年保護通報及處理辦法」第2條規定辦理，倘教育人員知悉有應保護之兒童及少年時，應於24小時內填具通報表通報本市主管機關；情況緊急時，得先以言詞、電話通訊方式通報，並於24小時內填具通報表，送本市主管機關。四、當學校遇有威脅兒童及少年或教師人身安全之虞時，得請警政單位提供協助。五、請持續強化教育人員自殺防治及兒童少年保護辨識通報及緊急處理知能，俾維護學生身心安全權益。
